JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. is a company with focus on staff augmentation area that match IT specialists and other relevant personnel with projects from client all over the world.
How do we work?
JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. provides services through which companies in need of IT specialists or related personnel can meet and discuss. Thus, our company act as a matching platform who brings together both parties in order to facilitate the contracting of services.
a) Customer - a legal entity who has or obtains access to the CONTENT, by any means of communication made available by JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. (electronic, telephone, etc.) or on the basis of a user agreement existing between JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. and the Customer and which requires the creation and use of an Account or is made possible by the quick order function.
b) Visitor - is a person that visits our website and does not create an Account.
c) Website - the online store hosted at the web address www.jobzzle.com ;
d) Business agreement - means the agreement / contract signed with company or the developer by JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. for the payment of services.
e) Contracted Services - means remote contracts concluded between JOBZZLE CONNECT SRL and the Client on the one hand and between JOBZZLE CONNECT SRL and the personnel hired on the other hand.
f) Opinion - means a personal assessment by an owner or beneficiary of a good based on experience of its use in order to convey whether or not the good meets the specifications stated by the Seller.
g) Commercial communications / newsletter - means any type of message sent (e-mail, telephone, mobile push, web push, etc.) containing general and thematic information, information on products similar or complementary to those purchased from the website, information on promotional offers or prices.
3.2. All information on the website www.jobzzle.com is the intellectual property of JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. in accordance with the Copyright Protection Act (Act No. 8/ 1996). All content published on the website (text, product descriptions, images, logos, colours, slogans, symbols, web graphics, videos, etc.) may be used only for the purpose of informing Users and Buyers of the platform.
3.3. Photos displayed on the WEBSITE, edited or processed by JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. may not be taken or used without its consent;

Any action: project, event, campaign, contest, service, etc. carried out by the company through the Website shall be announced, promoted and detailed at the time of its implementation, either by means of a Regulation or by means of brief and clear provisions inserted in the announcement of the implementation of the respective action or later, at the appropriate time.

4.3. The User/Customer has a limited load of resumes and has no right to download, partially or totally modify the SITE, partially or totally reproduce the SITE, copy, sell/resell or otherwise exploit the SITE for commercial purposes or for purposes contrary to the interests of JOBZZLE CONNECT SRL.
4.4. Communication with our company can be done through direct interaction with JOBZZLE CONNECT SRL, through the addresses mentioned in the "contact" section of the Site.
4.5. Any information used to describe the Services available on the Site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc.) does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of our company, and is used solely for presentation purposes.
5.1. Any User accessing the www.jobzzle.com WEBSITE is over 18 years of age and meets the legal requirements for working on the position desired.
5.3. Each user can do the following:

• Add LinkedIn profile;
• Add/Upload CV;
• Tick the box regarding acceptance of these terms and conditions;

5.4. Each of the data received, will be verified by our company, after verifying the identity and veracity of the information submitted. In the event that any inconsistencies are identified in relation to the data provided as a result of the assessments carried out, we reserve the right not to approve to send the information further to companies / clients. Each of the data will be deleted after 3 years of inactivity from users side, in our data base.
5.6. In using our website, the user can upload his/her CV containing personal data. Based on this, JOBZZLE CONNECT SRL will contact the person to learn more about their work experience, skills and other relevant work skills and preferences.
5.7. Based on the first discussion with our representatives, the person will be scheduled for interviews with client companies to better understand the service needs to be provided.
6.1. The focus of our work is to bring together the relevant parties (IT specialists and companies), to look for the most suitable skills for the most suitable projects and to connect the two parties (service provider and service recipient).
6.2. Any additional obligations (e.g. of a contractual nature) arising in the relationship between our company, the IT specialist and the client will be dealt with separately at the level of contracts concluded separately.
7.1. Access to the website is free.
7.2. Any payments related to the services provided will be dealt with at the level of separate contracts.
8.1. For all services promoted on www.jobzzle.com, our company guarantees that will take all necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure a high level of data security and confidentiality even in the event of external threats (e.g. cyber attacks) to our website.
9.1. JOBZZLE CONNECT S.R.L. is a personal data controller and will keep confidential all data you provide. At the same time, we will ensure the security of the data provided and will take technical and organisational measures for their efficient management, strictly for the purposes stated in this contract.
9.2. Data are processed for the following purpose: The best use of our platform and carry out the services promoted through it.
10.1. Our company reserves the right to periodically update and amend the Website Terms and Conditions to reflect any changes in the manner and conditions of operation of the Site or any changes in legal requirements. 11.1. This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the our company and Users or any interested party (ex. Client-company) shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes shall be settled by the courts provided for by civil law.
