Provides assistance to managers and team members for talent and performance management, ensuring adherence to procedures.
Supports various HR activities (onboarding, employee development, etc.).
Organizes employee review meetings. Initiates and oversees employee retention efforts
Cultivates positive relationships with department leaders, assisting in departmental development.
Identifies learning needs for department leaders and proposes action plans
Manages training and development activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Develops, implements, and updates internal training programs.
Measures and enhances the efficiency of training programs, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Ensures training compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
University degree Psychology / Human resources
Knowledge of operating in Microsoft Office
English - advanced
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
