Responsibilities

Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality feature implementations.

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications designed to support millions of transactions daily.

Participate in code reviews, providing actionable feedback and guiding junior team members to foster growth and ensure code quality.

idea

Recommends IT industry standards and promote tools, practices (DevOps, etc.) to achieve well-engineered software products.

idea

Participates in internal and external tech communities, events, etc.

Requirements
idea

5+ years of experience in software development.

idea

Strong understanding of common programming paradigms (OOP, Functional, etc.).

idea

Strong familiarity with design/architectural patterns and clean code principles (e.g., SOLID, GoF, MVVM)

idea

Proficient in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools such as Java, IntelliJ IDEA, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle.

Practical experience in platform-specific database systems and SQL

idea

Familiar with common communication protocols and standards such as HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP, and others.

idea

Good understanding of version control systems like Git or similar.

Solid experience with testing and mocking frameworks.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.

Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN).

Upper English proficiency.
