About the job

Our client is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (QA) to join their mission-driven team developing cutting-edge solutions in e-mobility and smart energy. You’ll be working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, designing and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of innovative green technology software.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, DevOps) to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle;

idea

Lead the planning and execution of test strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and risk-based prioritization;

idea

Continuously improve test processes, frameworks, and tools to increase efficiency and maintainability;

idea

Participate in performance and load testing activities, interpreting results and providing optimization recommendations;

Requirements

Proven senior-level experience with a strong automation background;

idea

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to organize processes and run workshops to train other team members;

idea

Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize quality processes;

idea

Strong track record in collaborative, cross-functional environments;

idea

Proficiency in using JavaScript and TypeScript or PHP for test automation development;

idea

Strong knowledge of Playwright for end-to-end testing;

idea

Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as K6 or Artillery;
