Handling Complaints: Analyze, take corrective measures to address errors, document, and capitalize on complaint data.
Production Release and Restart: Release and restart production, conduct repairs, and work according to specifications.
Training Implementation: Facilitate training sessions for personnel development.
Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of documents and reports as requested by superiors.
Information Management: Solicit and provide necessary information required for smooth operations.
Work Environment Supervision: Oversee workspace and personnel adherence to company policies and regulations.
Staff Training: Train personnel on equipment and material usage for optimal performance.
Accountability for Productivity and Quality: Hold responsibility for productivity, product quality, and production systems.
Technological Process Organization: Organize and supervise technological processes.
Professional Secrecy: Maintain professional secrecy and ensure confidentiality of documents.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (production master/supervisor).
Secondary education (higher education is an advantage).
Proficiency in SAP.
PC operation skills (MS Office Suite).
Effective communicator with strong organizational, coordination, and planning abilities.
Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
