We are looking for a Product Developer for one of our clients who is for a long time in the Automotive industry. If you are interested in managing and bringing one of the most interesting products to the market, this job is for you.
Product Development and Project Management: overseeing the development of products within the PPSS process, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and adherence to project requirements.
Technical Design and Documentation: the creation and modification of both 2D and 3D technical drawings for customer and internal purposes. It also involves managing Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Data Management and Workflow Integration: completing and creating master data for Product Development within specified timelines using workflows such as Cennit, MDG, etc.
Quality Assurance and Design Verification: ensuring quality through the creation of a Design Verification Plan (DVP) for new replacement molds or capacity enhancements. It focuses on validating designs against customer specifications.
Project Evaluation and Collaboration Tools: evaluating aspects related to Product Development within PPSS projects. Collaboration tools such as Jira are used to streamline project evaluation and progress tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Management: coordinating matters relevant to product development with support departments and the project team to ensure smooth project execution.
Higher education in a technical field
English language skills – intermediate/advanced level;
PC operating skills
Technical knowledge, technical drawing (preferably CATIA V5)
Experience in the automotive field/design/coordination – an advantage
German language
