We are looking for a Marking Specialist Engineer (Inginer Specialist Marcare) for one of our clients with a long history in the Automotive industry. If you are passionate about quality, you are determined and have strong knowledge in this field, you are the one we are looking for.
Marking Equipment: Create specifications for laser, ink, thermal, and foil marking equipment, validate marking processes and equipment, establish marking process parameters, conduct tests for the marking process, and create instructions and procedures for the marking process.
Cables/Connectors Marking: Develop specifications for new types of cables/connectors, oversee the validation, and create validation protocols for the marking process related to cables/connectors.
Process Specifications: Determine or create process specifications within the competence area.
Material Marking: Manage marking processes on materials like plastic, cable, metal, or other compositions used in production.
Knowledge Enhancement: Establish and expand expertise to enhance marking knowledge across company factories.
Equipment Specifications and Implementation: Create equipment specifications within the responsibility area. Validate and implement equipment specifications into serial production.
Machine Validation: Plan and organize the validation of new machines. Conduct pre-acceptance (at the supplier) and end-acceptance (at the production location), ensure machine functionality aligns with specifications and customer requirements, and provide specific reports following pre-acceptance and end-acceptance.
Education: Higher technical studies
Experience: at least 1 year in engineering/technical field
Languages: English – advanced level;
Knowledge of technical drawing and material composition
German language
