We are looking for a Global Assembly and Banding Engineer (Inginer Global Asamblare și Bandajare) for one of our clients with a long history in the Automotive industry. If you are passionate about quality, and you have a strong sense of responsibility, then this job is for you.
Ensuring Process Stability: Ensuring process stability and supporting group-wide assembly/bandaging standards across all factories.
Training and Standardization: Providing training based on group standards for operators, technicians, Quality, and Maintenance personnel, and conducting qualitative checks.
Testing and Optimization: Performing tests on assembly and bandaging, aiding in the implementation and optimization of new customer standards, and assisting the quality team in addressing customer complaints related to assembly/bandaging processes.
Laboratory Investigations: Preparing samples and data (microsection results, photos, specific reports) for laboratory investigations, and generating capability reports for assembly/bandaging.
Support for Existing Machinery and Tools: Supporting existing machinery and tools through documentation updates, quality system checks, and optimization. Requesting quotes for new equipment, validating machines at supplier and user locations, and ensuring compliance with specifications while creating technical documentation.
Technical Support and Coordination: Acting as a contact for group-level technical support across all plants and serving as a liaison for the bandaging/assembly process department in all plants.
International Collaboration: Serving as a liaison for the process-metal department in Austria (assembly/bandaging specialist), offering support in implementing or creating new standards, instructions, equipment specifications and evaluation, and exploring new raw materials.
On-Site Assistance: Travelling when necessary to factories requiring support in case of equipment failure, training, analysis, equipment validation.
Education: Higher technical studies
Experience: at least 1 year in engineering/technical field
Languages: English - advanced
Costumer orientation, team spirit, analytical skills and abilities to communicate and organize.
German language
