Are you passionate about engineering and planning? Do you have a keen interest in technology and finding the best solutions? Then this role is for you. We are currently searching for an Engineer Manager for one of our clients in the electronics industry.
Oversee all engineering management responsibilities at the facility;
Design layouts for expansion projects;
Coordinate the development and application of optimal technical and economic solutions for investments, maintenance, and machinery repair;
Schedule production preparation activities to meet quantity and quality targets;
Supervise maintenance and capacity development activities, ensuring efficient machinery use;
Manage the introduction of new products into production, ensuring adherence to specifications;
Ensure smooth production flow and monitor progress against plans;
Implement and oversee quality system processes;
Develop an investment plan to optimize production capacity and create new facilities within budget constraints.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
Previous experience in similar roles or as a process/production engineer;
Excellent communication skills with a strong technical background;
Proficient technical understanding in relevant areas;
Proficiency in English or German language, both written and spoken;
Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and committed approach to work;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with employees, colleagues, and customers.
