Responsibilities

Architect and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure delivery of applications on the cloud, ensuring seamless deployments and high-quality releases.

Champion and implement IaC practices across the organization, leveraging tools like Terraform to scale our cloud infrastructure.

Oversee automation and configuration management to streamline deployments, ensuring consistency and reducing manual work.

idea

Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to align DevOps practices with business goals, enhancing our delivery processes.

Implement DevOps processes with a focus on security, compliance, and data privacy to meet industry standards and protect our infrastructure.

idea

Provide guidance to DevOps team members, fostering professional growth and promoting best practices in automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management.

Requirements
idea

7+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related field, with a background in leading teams or projects.

idea

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Proven track record in automation, configuration management, and monitoring for high-availability environments.

Ability to tackle complex challenges, implement creative solutions, and optimize processes for resilience and efficiency.

idea

Experience mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Passionate about DevOps principles, with the ability to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
