
Content Manager
About the job
We’re looking for a Content Manager to take full ownership of the content lifecycle across our digital platforms. In this role, you’ll be working with Contentful to manage everything from content creation and structuring to publishing and optimization, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high quality throughout. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, marketing, and product—to ensure content not only meets business goals but is also user-centric and technically sound. Your work will support multiple markets, and you'll play a key role in onboarding and enabling local teams to work independently within the CMS.
Creating and structuring new content entries in Contentful, ensuring all content complies with guidelines and requirements, and managing digital assets within the platform’s media library Cloudinary;
Oversee and manage editorial workflows in Contentful by assigning roles and permissions, and coordinating content reviews, revisions, and approvals prior to publishing;
Onboard new users in Contentful and set up tailored trainings to help markets become more proficient and independent;
Schedule and publish content to appropriate channels using Contentful publishing tools, while monitoring and updating content status throughout its lifecycle;
Regularly audit and update content for accuracy, relevance, and SEO, archiving outdated material and implementing feedback from analytics and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality;
Collaborate with developers, designers, GRC and Marketing to ensure content meets technical and creative requirements, while effectively communicating changes and updates to stakeholders and team members;
Work with the Product Manager and technical teams to define and update content models in Contentful, ensuring content structures remain scalable and flexible as business needs evolve;
Willingness to travel to Switzerland at least once a month for alignment meetings;
Attendance at 3-day Colocation events once per quarter is required;
Basic conversational German is preferred; openness to learning is also appreciated;
