Taking orders via email or through the system;
Handling incoming phone calls from customers;
Generating order confirmations and preparing all related documentation for transport procedures and invoicing;
Coordinating with the logistics department to organize shipments;
Ensuring all orders fulfill customer expectations, including meeting delivery dates and invoicing requirements;
Managing the processing of returns, credit, and debit memos as needed;
Communicating with the Central Planning department regarding delivery schedules, changes in customer demands, and forecasts;
Providing administrative support within the office.
Minimum secondary level education with a high-school exam;
Approximately 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a similar office position;
Fluency in both Romanian and English is essential;
Practical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Customer-oriented mindset and approach;
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 environment is advantageous but not required.
